Sports and Injury Recovery

Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or simply someone who loves staying active, injuries don’t just slow you down — they can feel discouraging and frustrating. Whether you’re dealing with sprains, strains, or overuse injuries, I create a supportive space where healing feels possible again.

Using a blend of hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, lymphatic drainage cupping, and corrective exercise, I help restore mobility, rebuild strength, and prevent future setbacks. My goal is to get you back to the activities you love with confidence and resilience.

Free Get Ready for Ski Season Guide

Get your body ski-ready in just 10 minutes! This free downloadable PDF includes simple, foundational exercises—each paired with a short video—to help you build the strength, mobility, balance, and agility you need before the season kicks into full gear.

These aren’t elaborate or advanced moves; they’re the essentials your body relies on to stay injury-resistant and powerful on the mountain. Think of this as your preseason tune-up for smoother turns, better control, and more fun on every run. And if you’re dealing with something specific—tight hips, lingering knee pain, low-back stiffness, or anything that’s holding you back—I’m here to help you get your game fully dialed in before the snow piles up.

Women’s Health and Pelvic Care

I offer gentle, skilled support for core and pelvic floor recovery, urinary incontinence, and changes related to hormones or childbirth. We’ll focus on restoring function, improving strength, and helping you reconnect with your body. When it’s the right time, sessions may include intervaginal pelvic floor work, visceral mobilization, or traditional closing-the-bones practices to restore balance and alignment from the inside out.

I also focus on restoring healthy breathing and ribcage function, which are essential for reconnecting the diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor. This isn’t just about recovery — it’s about empowering women to feel strong, confident, and supported in movement and daily life.

Whole-Body Wellness and Pain Relief

Pain is rarely just about one joint or muscle — it’s often the result of deeper, underlying issues. My whole-body approach looks beyond the surface to uncover the patterns driving your pain, whether it’s in the neck, back, hips, or other areas. Using advanced manual therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and corrective exercise, I help relieve tension, improve mobility, and restore balance across your body. The goal is more than short-term relief: it’s lasting change that helps you move with ease and prevents pain from coming back.

Balance, Breathing, and Mobility

Movement begins with a strong foundation — and that foundation is shaped by how we breathe, stand, and move.

If you struggle with dizziness, poor balance, or stiffness that makes daily life harder, targeted therapy can help. I work with vestibular techniques for vertigo, BPPV, rib cage and breathing retraining, and mobility work to improve posture and joint flexibility.

These small adjustments create powerful shifts, helping you feel steady, breathe more efficiently, and move with freedom in both sport and everyday activities. If you are suffering from an acute onset of vertigo, don’t wait.

Gait Analysis for Walking and Running Pain

Gait analysis is a specialized approach to assessing how you walk, move, and bear weight. This detailed evaluation helps identify subtle movement patterns, muscle imbalances, or joint restrictions that may be contributing to pain with walking or running. By analyzing your gait, we can uncover the root cause of discomfort and create a personalized treatment plan that restores efficient movement, improves balance, and reduces pain.

Whether your pain is related to hip, knee, ankle, or lower back issues, gait analysis provides valuable insight into how your whole body works together during both walking and running. This service supports a whole-body, root-cause approach to care—helping you move with greater ease, efficiency, and confidence.
